It starts with your parents, then it goes to kindergarten, School, and College. The 2nd layer consists of mainstream experts like scientists, psychologists, researchers, and other “experts” that were programmed by the system, or as I call it: The Matrix.

What It Takes to Get Into Lucid State?
Several factors impact your ability to get into the state of Lucid Dreaming:
- The Nutrition and Drinks on your daily menu. Coffee and other non-natural drinks & food calcify your pineal gland & kill brain cells.
- Proper Breathing is crucial. Most humans don’t know how to breathe, and shallow breathing leads to stress and low cognitive function.
- Proper Night Routine: No lights in the room, Routers, Phones, no working after dark, proper stretches of the muscles, and more.
- Know exactly the issue you wish to get answers to.

Here Is One Way to Do It — Take Notes!
The process starts 3–5 minutes before you lay down on your bed, preparing to Rest your body and roaring mind with its endless chatter.
A. Do slow breathing: 6 seconds inhale, and 8 seconds exhale. Do it for One minute while you focus on your breathing.
B. Capture a question or a subject you wish to experience; it may be living the life you want, and meet your guide to talk about the challenges and solutions.
C. There is a short moment when you start drifting into sleep but you are still awake in the 3rd density reality. This is the moment when miracles do happen. Imagine you are swimming in a lake of golden sparkles and small fairies for a while, put your head underwater. Do you see a round Portal? Swim into it.
D. Now you will enter into the gate, and fall asleep. At this stage, you just enjoying the trip.
E. Waking Time: As you open your eyes, your astral experience is still vivid in your imagination. Go through the entire scenes, and attach an image or a word so that when you are fully awakened — It will trigger the entire memory. This way you won’t forget a thing.
F. When you wake up, you can sit at your coffee shop or in your garden; Take a note and a pen — Write everything on paper.
G. Done writing? Good. Now, on a new page write your insights and feelings. Did you meet people or animals? How did they interact with you? What did they say to you? How did you feel around them?
